Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags and labels must be attached
  • Include the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. We'll arrange a free pickup from your location
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
  • Bank transfer orders: Refund to the original account
