4. Orders & Payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment methods accepted include Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Orders are confirmed via email after acceptance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. XP Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or other force majeure events. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of XP Store or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
